HISTORY - CAMPS

Summer camps have proved almost impossible to organise as many members leave Luxembourg for the holidays.

Telstar Scout Group Luxembourg organises a Family Camp each year which is occasionally changed to a Group Camp. The Group also attends the annual Benelux Districts Camp at Grobbendonk in Belgium, near Antwerp.

The Scout and Explorer Scout Sections organise their own camps, occasionally joining up with other Groups in other Districts.

The Cub Scout section tries to take part in the annual Benelux Sixers' and Seconders' Weekend. They have occasionally attended FNEL events, but language at Cub Scout age makes interaction a bit difficult.
