Do you know, in the heat of the moment, what a munchkin is? And where in the world was there once a place called Batmania? 

These questions and many more tested the wits of 12 teams at the annual Telstar Quiz Night held on March 13. 

Three teams won on the night and organisers thanked quiz masters Steve Anderson and Barry McGee for the range of questions as well as Katharina Jacobs and the rest of the Telstar team who rescheduled the event from its usual slot in January. 

All money raised goes to the Telstar Building Fund. 

Telstar Group Scout Leader Rani Roloff said: “The scout group has just celebrated its 40th anniversary, and is going from strength to strength, but it still lacks its own Scout Home. Events such as the annual Quiz Night give good light-hearted fun and great camaraderie, so see you again next year!”
